How to Innovate in a complex product
Castbox has become a complex product so far. Every time we want to make changes, we must consider the existed system, guideline, development cost and maintenance cost. So when I give design solutions, I always give several ideas, including conservative solutions and some wildcat ideas. It's important to understand start points of other teams and communicate with them frequently.
